Content From Accounts You Follow
Public posts download without any login. For posts that are only visible to your own account, you can add your own Instagram session cookies in settings so the downloader can access what you're already allowed to see.
Respect Creators
Download your own Reels freely. For anyone else's content, ask permission before saving or reusing it, and never repost someone else's video as your own.
